Each user must have a unique account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.
Zenstream may offer paid features or subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing and waive any statutory withdrawal rights due to instant digital access.
All fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice, effective on your next renewal date. Taxes may apply. Zenstream may suspend access for unpaid amounts.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violating these Terms. You may terminate your account via the Service. Upon termination, your license ends, and your data may be deleted.
You agree to indemnify and hold Zenstream harmless from any claim, demand, or damage arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ZENSTREAM DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
ZENSTREAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
